after going home recently and seeing my entire family on diets (namely weight watchers) and successfully collectively losing up to 60 pounds, i've come to realize that i may be doomed to the land of midsection-tire land. and so, i've signed my life over to the gym. yesterday i spent 50 minutes doing cardio and 20 minutes of lifting weights. my arms now feel like noodles. that's okay though, because i'll just work on lower body tonight!
i just wish i had a chatty workout partner
(like the good old days) to make the grueling work out time go by...
